GeoEstrela Incident Management Platform in Estrela Parish

GeoEstrela is one of the first incident management platforms in Portugal, enabling real-time public service operations and citizen engagement.

Overview

Focus BC partnered with Estrela Parish (Junta de Freguesia da Estrela) to develop GeoEstrela, one of the first digital incident management platforms of its kind in Portugal.

GeoEstrela marked the starting point for what would later evolve into City as a Platform, introducing a new way for municipalities to manage incidents, engage with citizens and operate in real time.
