Overview
Focus BC partnered with Estrela Parish (Junta de Freguesia da Estrela) to develop GeoEstrela, one of the first digital incident management platforms of its kind in Portugal.
GeoEstrela marked the starting point for what would later evolve into City as a Platform, introducing a new way for municipalities to manage incidents, engage with citizens and operate in real time.

The Estrela council needed a platform that linked citizens to the executive and the true needs of the neighborhood. During development of the GeoEstrela application, we feel full support from Focus BC and we recognize that the success of the project depended on our understanding of our needs, the existing know-how and the problem-solving ability of Focus BC.
